Any unworn resealable item purchased from our website may be exchanged/refunded with 14 calendar days except for earrings due to hygiene reasons so please choose carefully.

We are unable to offer an exchange on a personalised jewellery order. This means that we cannot provide an exchange on any item that has been specially altered or personalised in any way.
All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item.
Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.
In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
We ensure all our items are packed with extra care & attention which allows us to  check over on all products before dispatching ensuring that the items you purchased arrive to you in the best condition.
