1. DO I NEED TO CREATE ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No you don't need an account to complete your order, however having an account has many advantages, you can keep track and check the status of your orders.

IM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH PLACING MY ORDER? 

If you have an issue with placing your order, please contact our customer service team: sales@reyahlewis.com and we will aim to respond to you within 1 hour.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? 

All orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday, any orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched that same day, anything after will be the next working day. If you placed your order after Friday 4pm, your order will not be dispatched until the following Monday. If you have not received your order within 7 days after receiving your shipping confirmation subject to your item being in stock please contact us immediately so we escalate it further to the relevant team.

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER? 

We accept all major debit and credit cards via our website and buy now pay later options.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED? 

Once an order is placed on reyahlewis.com, you will receive an order confirmation and a further dispatched email once your order is shipped. All in stock items are shipped out within 1-2 days.

CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY JEWELLERY?

Yes you can, however we are unable to accept any refund or exchanges for earrings. All refunds or exchanges must be within 14 days and all packaging are in an unworn condition. Please refer to our returns policy page for further information. 

DO THE DESIGNS ON YOUR WEBSITE REFLECT WHAT I WILL ACTUALLY RECEIVE? 

Yes! your product will be identical to what you select on our website, will be even better in reality. Please double check products dimensions or weight for accurate visualization.
